Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

I use Human Interest to review the hire dates of employees for activation.

Pros

  • Website is clear
  • Once enrolled, no communication is needed from employee

Cons

  • Email communication is slow
  • There were major mishaps with the account that termed all our employees
As HR, I direct EE questions to Human Interest's website, which seems to suffice.
