Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

We utilize Human Interest to fulfill our 401k benefits plan for our employees (15 employees).
  • Easy to use interface & user experience via the online platform
  • Onboarding experience was smooth & timely
  • Tutorials or webinars on how to improve the Human Interest experience for employees would be nice - to help them utilize and be more knowledgeable of their options and plans. As HR manager for a small start-up I'm not exactly sure where to start in this capacity when it comes to increasing participation and knowledge in the platform.
  • Human Interest has definitely increase our competitive advantage when sourcing talent to work for us. Having this fundamental benefit in place establishes us as a reputable company with perks that could persuade a potential employee to work for us over another company.
I enjoy the usability a lot, as HR Manager I'm in charge of payroll, and having this integration makes it incredibly easy. Along with the email automation that notify you when your contributions are being processed.
