Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest
Human Interest is the company we use to manage our 401K employee plans. I personally have a 401k through Human Interest and find the platform easy to use, and easy to teach others how to use. Everything is laid out well and makes sense. The platform is simple to read and change preferences.
- Easy to use platform
- Easy to change investments
- Easy to track progress
- The invoicing system is difficult to change contact information
- Explaining the management fees to the GM was difficult
- Admin fees are hard to track for accounting purposes
- ROI is as unpredictable as expected based on the market. No complaints
- I personally am happy with hos much I have invested and gained over the years
We picked human interest because it integrated with QB.. and the rest just happen to go really well
