Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest
Initial set up and implementation was simple. In my experience, communication has always been slow. Getting responses to issues is a major setback. We are attempting to terminate our plan with Human Interest and customer service is obsolete. Our plan termination date was January 31, 2023. We filled out termination paperwork and submitted the requested reports. I was told everything was in order. Now, four months later, the plan is not terminated. My former employees have not been able to roll over their accounts. The employees are in limbo and I am being told it could take up to twelve months to completely terminate the account. We are still being invoiced for monthly service charges. I can not get a straight answer of why or how this can be resolved. The most "intelligent" thing I have heard is "It is a process." Lovely.

- Representatives do not have working knowledge and aren't prepared to assist with real time problems.
- My employees are not able to rollover or access their accounts for up to 12 months because HI does not communicate how things actually work.
