Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

Provide our employees compensation, peace of mind and making it simple to do so. Our business is quite small currently but we are looking to grow and help all our employees to plan for their future. We and Human Interest had made it very simple for the employees to select and manage and access their retirement savings efficiently.

Pros

  • Keeping us alert with updates.
  • Making it simple for employees and employer.
  • Auto payroll deductions has been a great help.
  • Allowing easy accessibility for both employer and employees.

Cons

  • Provide more incentive for employers to provide matching contributions to employees.
  • Provide a personal who we can contact directly at anytime since our small business operates from west coast to SE operating hours. Urgent matters require urgency.
  • Provide us direct link to our account when we need to handle something urgent on our accounts.
  • The enrollment plan for the employer and employee has been very easy and explanatory. The simplicity is what we needed.
  • The quote we had matched what we got at the end to enroll with Human Interest.
  • The auto deduction from payroll with all the details already taken cared of helps both the employer and employees.
Very simple to use, however only request would be if we need to get something done clearly direct us to that specific link. There were few tasks that we found that it was a bit hard to look around on the main pages. If this would be a highlight or an alert tab for us to look at when we sign in this would guide us directly to what we need to complete on our end as employers.
We went with Human interest due to its simplicity for our small business that will take few years to grow. We needed guidance and simplicity for us to understand what will be required from us as employers to help our employees have benefits. As our company grows we know that Human Interest will help us along the way to keep it simple and hassle free.

So far it has been easy to access and manage. I would recommend to anyone who is like us that’s starting small and still wants to provide incentives to their employees.having something so simple makes employees jobs much less complicated. So far the contacts I have had were very helpful from Human Interest. They are very clear how to they explain what we need or would like for our company.
