Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest
Provide our employees compensation, peace of mind and making it simple to do so. Our business is quite small currently but we are looking to grow and help all our employees to plan for their future. We and Human Interest had made it very simple for the employees to select and manage and access their retirement savings efficiently.

- Provide more incentive for employers to provide matching contributions to employees.
- Provide a personal who we can contact directly at anytime since our small business operates from west coast to SE operating hours. Urgent matters require urgency.
- Provide us direct link to our account when we need to handle something urgent on our accounts.
- The enrollment plan for the employer and employee has been very easy and explanatory. The simplicity is what we needed.
- The quote we had matched what we got at the end to enroll with Human Interest.
- The auto deduction from payroll with all the details already taken cared of helps both the employer and employees.
We went with Human interest due to its simplicity for our small business that will take few years to grow. We needed guidance and simplicity for us to understand what will be required from us as employers to help our employees have benefits.
