Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

As a startup, implementing a 401(k) plan was a big step toward supporting our team’s financial future. We partnered with Human Interest, and from implementation to training, the entire process was seamless. Their platform made setup easy, and the training ensured our employees felt confident about their retirement savings options. A smooth, hassle-free experience that made a meaningful impact!

Pros

  • implementation team was excellent—knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive throughout the process
  • The platform's user-friendly interface made it easy to navigate, and their team was always available to answer questions
  • A great solution for startups looking to set up a hassle-free retirement plan!"

Cons

  • One limitation we encountered was the inability to increase the employer match for individuals with more than six years of service. It would be great if Human Interest could offer more flexibility in matching options, including annual increases, to better support long-term employees
