Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

Our Company has switched to Human Interest to handle our 401K. At the moment we do not have anyone participating, just paying off load. But communication with everyone has been great and quick. Prices are reasonable and we are happy with our service! the transition wnt smooth and had no issues!

Cons

  • Just have one issue with a late loan payment that still has not been put through.
  • We are a small company with 5 employees participating. They are a great service
Only dealt with our rep but she alwways forwards me to the correct team and get responses quickly.
They were very upfront with there costs. And gave a price comparison with the other company we dealt with. They have no hidden fees!
Very simple to use site. Clean and easy to navigate.

For us, needing little service with our 401K it meets our needs. I am sure that with a larger company it would do just as good. Reps are helpful and friendly.
