Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

For payroll purposes. Payroll, Benefits and 401k and managed through Human Interest.

The online support does not respond right away, my direct contacts do however.
Very transparent.
Once you learn how to use the programs, it is easy.
Human Interest is 10 times better in every aspect then Paychex.

Human Interest would be great for a large company, set up the new employee and let the integrations work. It is unfortunate that you still have to log into employee navigator to finish.
