Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest
We utilize Human Interest to integrate with our HRIS system, Rippling, to make it easy for employees and administrators to manage our group 401k plan. The connection between HI and Rippling makes it much easier for us to ensure we have the most up to date contribution information when issuing paychecks. It's also a very user friendly platform for our employees to manage their contributions.

- It can be difficult to determine who is enrolled or who has enrolled but waived the benefit
- Way too many notifications and no real way to manage them
- It's increased our enrollment as it is very user friendly and easy for everyone to use
- The automatic contribution withdrawal and integration to the HRIS platform make it a breeze to manage
It's been reasonably transparent. There were some miscommunications regarding fees, but nothing egregious. Overall it's easy to tell what we're paying for what, which is appreciated.
Previously we utilized John Hancock which was a nightmare from the user standpoint and a huge time waster from the administrative standpoint. The very outdated platform made it incredibly difficult to manage. The one thing I miss from John Hancock is the enrollment and engagement materials they would provide for us to give out to employees on a quarterly basis
