Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

We use Human Interest to administer our 401kplan and to prepare and file the annual return

Pros

  • automates the funding of the plan from payroll records
  • integrates with payroll for purposes of tracking eligible participants
  • prepares the 5500

Cons

  • being able to talk to someone
  • ask for email once and not multiple times. some EE's do not have them
  • Human Interest has not impacted anything at my company
sometimes having a number to call and talk to someone is preferred
very transparent
i don't have to do anything except approve new hires and force out terminations
