Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

We used them to set up/transfer an existing 401k. We closed out a Paychex account and started using QuickBooks payroll. It was a very simple process, we had an onboarding conference call, very simple, and were then assigned a representative who handled everything for us. Much easier than anticipated.

Cons

  • Password setup
  • Login challenges
  • Said email already existed, but couldn't find username via email
  • Not certain yet, we are only about a month in
Conference call answered all questions at the time, integration was fairly simple. It would be nice if on the employer side you could assist employees with enrollment instead of only them having to do everything on their own side. They came to us with questions we couldn't answer, had to redirect them.
Everything was explained up front, no challenges here. Again, only about a month in, but we do receive an email summary every week. Just finished tax season, haven't had much time to explore reporting just yet
Same as mentioned previously. Easy to integrate with payroll once we logged in through Quickbooks. Main challenge is limited access to employee portal.

Only speaking from experience, probably good for smaller companies, could be for larger companies as well, but I haven't experienced that side of it.
