Overall Satisfaction with IBM Cloud IaaS (formerly IBM Bluemix - IaaS)

We leverage IBM Bluemix managed servers for our web hosting infrastructure. We have approximately 10,000 web hosting customers hosted on the servers with IBM Bluemix. We also run backup servers, specialized hosting platforms (such as wordpress), and other miscellaneous servers. We were a customer with softlayer prior to the IBM acquisition.

We've have leveraged AWS alongside our IBM Bluemix infrastructure. Both are great products and we've been using both for about the same amount of time. I would say in our experience both platforms have been great.
As we've only used it for managed servers, that is where I would recommend IBM Bluemix. They've done a great job provisioning and supporting our servers.
