Overall Satisfaction with IBM Blueworks Live
We use IBM Blueworks at our organization to assist with discovering new and documenting our business processes, business decisions and policies to collaborate! It's better to have it all in one place instead of across multiple applications!

Our organization has benefited from this because it's accessible from anywhere. Our organization's previous application did not have a single repository, so it would make things a lot less convenient. It is also convenient not having to log in multiple times because it is all in one place!
This has had a tremendous impact because after the updates are complete, you do not need to manually send communications and notifications! The system already does it for you, so it is correct and timely.
Yes, Blueworks Live has helped resolve the issue. Our organization was looking to have an application with a single repository to have everything documented in one place, and this is that application!

Using multiple IBM portfolios together is so convenient because they come from the same manufacturer. Everything is much more simple with application communication, and if/when there is an issue, there is only one place to call. IBM is able to resolve all issues!
