Overall Satisfaction with IBM Blueworks Live
We are using IBM Blueworks Live to document the business processes, in a decentralized way. The tool is basically accessible by many stakeholders with different authorizations (Edits, View, admin)
The tool has multiple capabilities, and offer a variety of flexible ways to deisgn business processes and attach specific documentation to each step on the process.
In addition, this is a cloud based solution which offer accessible documentation with ease.

Our organization is currently leveraging the IBM Blueworks Live accross different departments which allows us a great collaboration, I would even say a flexible and controlled collaboration, far from the previous versioning issues we had in the past with classic repository tools. The admin effort is also minimal which enables the focus on the added value work.
IBM Blueworks Live allows our users to better communicate and update the business processes in an effective way. the real time change, allowed to some users only to avoid inconsistencies enable our organization to reduce the update time, the confusion around the back and forth email exchanges and also make visibility on the progress to everyone in a real time.
Our business processes were partially documented, leveraging different tools, Visio, ppt, word and others and we merged all the disparate documents into IBM Blueworks Live to enable a more efficient collaboration.We used the import option from some supported formats to speed up the process and this helped us to centralize our way of working.

I would say the cloud enabled us a speedy set up of the solution, and makes our admin effort simple and optimized. The combination is rather positive to have a single point of accountability with our SI partner from a support and coverage perspective. The dual integration between the tools and cloud platform is optimal as well.
