Overall Satisfaction with IBM Blueworks Live

We use IBM Blueworks Live mostly for mapping our business processes using BPMN notation. It helped us a lot since we didn’t have any proper process modeling tool before.

Pros

  • i love how easy it is to use and how it helps our team collaborate smoothly
  • the tutorials were super useful and made it easy to get started, even with limited experience
  • mapping functionality lets us link processes and capture metadata, which really helped us scale

Cons

  • the functionality of importing diagrams or maps is really limited
  • the reports feel too basic
  • the performance slows down when there's a lot of data
  • we were able to standardize and document all our processes, which saved a lot of time during handovers and audits
  • automating repetitive tasks helped improve our team’s overall productivity
