Overall Satisfaction with IBM Cloud File Storage
We use IBM Cloud File Storage [in] our training department. It allows us space to store operating system images when we build our classroom lab environments. It also allows us to have scratch space to store files.
- Simple file system sharing
- Lots of storage space (up to 12 TB)
- Choice of performance (up to 10 IOPS/GB)
- Simple interface to order more storage
- Quick interface to allow more servers to share the file store
- Security - only allows access from specified server(s)
- The interface to manage the NFS share is not as easy as I'd like it to be
- IBM Cloud File Storage gives us the space to store our files and gives us the speed to get the job done.
