Overall Satisfaction with IBM Cloud Kubernetes Service

Explored IBM Cloud Kubernetes Service to understand its capabilities in case customers wants help with it
  • Openshift integration
  • Highly available masters
  • multi-zone clusters
  • integration with Watson API
  • user interface could be better
  • not heavily advertised
  • more manuals, and in general instructions would be helpfull
  • additional technology in our Kubernetes portfolio
  • we needed to spend some time to get understanding of it
  • potentially could get opportunities with customers who use IBM Kubernetes
GUI interface could be better. Haven't used API integration with continuous integration tools
We used integrations with cloud services briefly. I think this integration is the main advantage for customers and one of the main reasons why they choose IBM Cloud Kubernetes Service

It is good fit for existing IBM customers and for those who has expertise with OpenShift. Also great if you need integration with IBM cloud services.
Might not be your first choice if you have big footprint in other cloud providers
