Overall Satisfaction with IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation
We have implemented it at many places automating task, which require some logical thinking . Its not only perform normal automations, it also uses AI to take decisions for small task. We have transferred our small load to this software and we taking only the complex task. Its data driven, workflows analyzer is also very useful.
