Overall Satisfaction with IBM Cloud Video (including Ustream)

Usability

It was easy to use and easy to understand. The tool allowed me to cut different segments of the keynote and highlight the important aspects to be placed on Salesforce's live channel.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I have used it during my help with the creative team to manage different video channels during the production of Dreamforce. It supported multiple live streams through different days.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Livestream management was very useful in terms of navigating to different broadcasting channels
Easy to record different segments of the livestream and cut.
When a broadcaster goes live, the follower gets a notification.

Cons

User interface can be more modern friendly.

Likelihood to Recommend

Well Suited:

For big events that need film production such as conventions - Dreamforce.
More specifically if you have a production team that needs to handle multiple broadcast channels for different breakout sessions and keynotes on going simultaneously.
