Getting good support as of now. We're using multiple IBM portfolio products as linked with each other. Of course, we've faced issues sometimes because of compatibility with other technology.
It best fits in a large-scale, fine tunned environment where technology is well implemented. Small scale or where technology is not well-implemented and a bit difficult to manage.

Budget-friendly, easy to manage, and user-friendly. Round-the-clock customer support and less downtime. More auto-recovery options in case of errors or failure. It also can be implemented in almost all technology like DLP, endpoints, McAfee, mainframe, database, automation, manufacturing, retail, banking, healthcare environment, and hospitality services, not only in information technology domains.
