Overall Satisfaction with IBM Cognos Express
IBM Cognos Express has been implemented on the business side to resolve short turn around time to get answers to their questions. The drag and drop [features], better performance and ability to build by themselves, helped the business. Self-service reporting helped with getting answers quickly as they require certain capabilities to operate. Real-time calculations became easier. Custom design reports became easy to make using the ad-hoc capabilities. All this helped with making decisions.
