We are Using IBM Instana as APM solution to monitor our E-Services transactions and configuring alerts based on error percentages and log messages.

- Instana is leader and so simple to monitoring and increase observably for open shift and Kubernetes environment

IBM Instana is going deep in trx and we can see what exactly happen in our systems and we can differentiate between business error and technical issues
