For the few times I have engaged with the support team, I can say they are responsive and very professional.
For people with data science and financial analytics experience/skills, the software is easy. However, new users will have problems and require some form of training to understand the software.
For planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reports, IBM Planning Analytics with Watson is the best software you can get. Therefore, if your business needs some of these, then you will benefit greatly by using this tool.
