We have been using IBM planning analytics for a couple of years now, and I can boldly say it's an excellent tool when it comes to planning and forecasting business processes. we are able to collaborate and integrate plans across all departments, therefore, providing us with one data source for real-time data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Provides automated planning process hence less manual work.
- Has great excel add-in
- Scalability
- The installation process was a bit tedious.expecially with Docker -based workspace.
- There are very few tutorial on hands-on practice.
- After-sale customer should be improved. Since we had a hard time getting help on time.
