IBM Power Virtual Server is used in many ways in our organisation to address different use cases like disaster recovery and business continuity plan to make sure that we have a robust ecosystem in terms of business offering and every time end to end solution is available for lot of option basically for critical execution and workloads during different outages which may cause the business impact. It is also a kind of an hybrid approach where enables the Migration of load capacity distribution between on premises and cloud ecosystem offering higher flexibility it also have a certain use cases in specific to ERP system

  • It offers disaster recovery solution which is a kind of a redundancy in the system itself
  • Ability to be cost effective and at the same time rapidly execution is really impactful in terms of scalability

Our disaster recovery capabilities have dramatically improved with cloud-to-cloud replication. The flexible consumption model allows us to scale resources instantly as business demands change. Multi-cloud integration with Azure has opened new modernization paths while preserving our Power investments. This combination of agility, cost efficiency, and hybrid capabilities has transformed how we leverage Power systems.
There were different factors which were involved in terms of evaluating IBM as a preferred choice over other offering because of performance and reliability in terms of high performance computing and overall enterprise great feature in terms of critical application which outperforms or maybe beat any time other offerings like AWS system manager data availability is one more in terms of disaster recovery solution and high availability feature the kind of offering IBM provide was way more than in terms of other fujitsu server.
