Overall Satisfaction with IBM Security QRadar

Keeping our business system secure is a priority for us, and we have seen the need to acquire IBM Security QRadar for threat detection, I am from the Finance department and we constantly need our data to be protected, with this software the anxieties dissipate, since from the beginning it was easy to install and integrated very well from the beginning. It is a SIEM tool with good capabilities and much better than similar ones. Alert monitoring is excellent, it does not slow down our system or interfere with our work, threats are detected in order of importance, which assures us that the really dangerous threats are the ones that will be neutralized.

Pros

  • With good deployment and customization, it is software with high-quality threat detection.
  • We search for records through the filters, and the process is quick and uncomplicated.
  • Activity monitoring is very good and user behavior is excellent, plus it has good interface features that make it easy to use.

Cons

  • The only drawback of IBM Security QRadar is its high value, it is expensive software but with incredible benefits.
  • The short-term benefits of IBM Security QRadar, are that it automatically detects threats, makes our work easier, makes it smoother and safer to use, ensures good user behavior, log analysis is good, and it gives us a very simple user interface.
IBM Security QRadar is excellent software, it integrates very well from the beginning, it offers genuine services to achieve short-term results and ensures that threats are neutralized, it is a 10-point software because it offers better integration services than other similar software, we are very happy to be able to use this system throughout the company.
The technical support behaved very well from the beginning since they solve our doubts immediately, the response is fast, and you don't have to wait long. It is a service of trained people who make sure that we do not have problems at any time and if we do, they help us to solve them quickly. On a scale of 1 to 10, IBM Security QRadar deserves 10 points for technical support.

It is a high-quality product, it has good integration with the system and with its users, the implementation will be easy and if you have any problem, just contact the technical support, as they will respond quickly. A score of 10 for IBM Security QRadar because it ensures that our system is always protected, automatically detects threats, and simplifies our work, it does not require being an expert, since it is an intuitive and fast system to use and obtain results.
