Use Cases and Deployment Scope

At Core Rehab we have used IBM Security Verify for cyber security purposes, it is an added layer of security for our EMR platform, etc. All devices we have have used it in the past with very little complaints other than cost of the service. I would recommend to anyone provided the cost isn't too high.

Reliability and Availability

IBM Security Verify was always reliable and available as well as customer service was always available when needed. We used the service across all 4 of our locations and multiple users and devices. The product was always available when needed or used and my only challenge was the cost for a smaller business.

Product Configurability

Yes IBM Security Verify's configurability was good, we never had any issues with that at all during our time using the software. The complexity was not too much either, it had proper layers of protection without too many layers of authentication to access it. I would recommend the service to anyone.

Alternatives Considered

360 Total Security and Norton Small Business

IBM Security Verify was more effective and useful for our business as compared to 360 Total Security and Norton Small Business both. All or team that used the product had good success, my only complaint is that cost for IBM Security Verify was more expensive for a small business as compared to other options.

As mentioned before I would highly recommend IBM Security Verify for security purposes. We liked it when we used it previously and would recommend it to any business small or larger. My only complaint is that the cost was a little high for smaller businesses like ours. Otherwise definitely recommend it.
