Overall Satisfaction with IBM Targetprocess

We are getting through implementation, we want to align workers to purchase orders, get story points and enhance teams

Pros

  • integrates w Jira
  • integrates w TBM
  • has some flexibility

Cons

  • left hand navigation
  • items in one view
  • friendlier build spaces like TBM
  • we are still waiting to sit the benefits
  • implementation has been difficult
The org is eager to see the Agile Practices displayed in the tool and it is introducing the need for better governance.
I think trying to bring in CT has been an issue. We may have had an easier road if we started it independently
