Overall Satisfaction with IBM Targetprocess

We are currently using Apptio and are looking into Targetprocess to take over our own product that we use to track labor and forecast but we want to be able to keep it within centralized system to take it Enterprise wide.

  • Connecting to Apptio

Cons

  • UX/UI Design
  • Tailoring to company needs
I am not using Targetprocess to its full capabilities as we have a homegrown tool for labor allocations that we can tailor to fit our needs. I give it this rating because I can see great value if we were to use Apptio Enterprise wide and implement Targetprocess along with it.
  • Reduce level of effort from an engineering perspective
  • Cost-transperancy
  • Able to help data flow from Targetprocess directly to Apptio
it is not completely integrated as we have mentioned that we are using our own home grown tool but can see that this is more Scalable without such a high level of effort.

This makes data flow a lot easier from one system to another,
