IBM Verify is there to last

We needed to get a complete solution to manage our identify lifecyle. So, e decided to use IBM Verify as the main main identify provider and then manage the whole lifecycle user management for our company. As we host and manage solutions for our clients, we also use it in certain cases as a cloud identify broker to surface other IdP our clients and partner. IBM Verify allows us to do JiT or SCIM integration which provides us the flexibility to address our needs.

We use the SaaS version of IBM Verify and it deserves a 10 out of 10. We never experienced outage and the support is great when we are having issues. Also, the product is rich on functionalities and we interacted with support on many occasions to easily enable use case that were not directly available in the base product.

IBM Verify allows you to accomplish complex use cases around authentication. For example, we had situation where we needed to surface Entra ID and manage the group membership dynamically using JiT. IBM Verify was easily able to do so using workflow and we were able to achieve the desired outcome from our client without having to ask them to create custom workflow on their side.
