Overall Satisfaction with IBM Watson Assistant

In my personal opinion, it really gives you wings that you have a proper assistant. It gets you some news if asked, updates addresses, can be linked to a company website easily, is adaptable, easy to integrate, and very quick in response with accurate and consistent answers. Moreover, it has a free version and a 30-day trial for the paid version to check if that really suits your requirements.

  • Local languages has to be added (as of now it has only English)
  • Acquires more space and data
  • Apart from the lite version, it is too pricy
  • Improves performance and customer service
  • There should not be a customer waiting for your response or me looking for the response of the customer. IBM Watson Assistant handles it!
  • Accurate responses, handling large amounts of data, and unstructured data will be processed
When working at a technology company, looking after customer service and managing client relations are hard tasks when your client count goes up. IBM Watson Assistant, ultimately, did overcome the barrier and can easily handle large amounts of data. Its quick and accurate responses don't disappoint the clients. The only thing that makers have to look at is its price. Small companies likely can't handle the proposed price.
Natural language processing and quick and accurate answers satisfy the customers. However, a few clients don't prefer English as their primary language so they struggle a bit to understand the responses. IBM Watson Assistant should look at adding a few more languages to the stack.

On a website for some initial connections for the visitors on the website, IBM Watson Assistant is the best. Its AI understands the requirements of the client, and its natural language processing gives quick and accurate answers if we have some content setup. It transforms the way customer is handled. It can tackle large amounts of data, too.
