Overall Satisfaction with IBM Watson Assistant

It is beginning to be used for legal consultations and to personalize customer service. The scope that is being given is that it will be used at the country level.

Pros

  • It's fast.
  • Easy to use.
  • Accessible

Cons

  • Might be fully capable of being used in Latin American Spanish.
  • Have more tutorial videos in Spanish.
  • Cost savings.
  • Faster query resolution,
  • Time optimization.
I give it this rating for how accessible the program has been for my learning and use.
Customers feel more comfortable asking questions and having access to advise and opinions.
I Haven't used any other products like IBM Watson Assistant.
