Overall Satisfaction with IBM Watson Assistant

We used IBM Watson Assistant for building a chatbot to answer common user questions. We built various scenarios, and their flow charts; accordingly we built various responses and flow based on incoming requests. IBM Watson Assistant responded to queries and was trained regularly for a better user experience.

IBM Watson Manager supports various use cases like a chatbot, natural language processing, built-in modules, cloud-based, integration with other cloud products and services, easy data inference, innovative digital solutions, can be used across industries, helping enterprises with their digital journey, AI capabilities, less error-prone, supports high availability, low maintenance, no underlying infrastructure support required, etc capabilities.
We used IBM Watson Assistant provided AI and NLP features for building a chatbot for industry-specific solutions where end-users can ask questions and Watson Assistant inferred the context and intent and provided the solution. This also supported voice wherewith natural language processing it converted to text, got a response, and converted back, hence giving better user experience.
IBM Watson Assistant seems longer and feature-rich, having more modules than many other competitors in the market. This has a few use cases as well.

It is good for chatbot stuff where logic can be defined and common questions and answers can be coded. When any query is raised it can infer the question and respond accordingly. This saves a lot of human costs and improves the customer experience. The learning curve is there to code and start using the same and thorough testing and continuous data training are required for good solution build.
