It is good for chatbot stuff where logic can be defined and common questions and answers can be coded. When any query is raised it can infer the question and respond accordingly. This saves a lot of human costs and improves the customer experience. The learning curve is there to code and start using the same and thorough testing and continuous data training are required for good solution build.
