Kemper uses Icertis for vendor agreement review workflow. It’s used as an agreement intake tool, legal and security review workflow, and as a repository for contracts. The procurement team also uses it for other purposes related to contract and vendor management.

- I’d like to see a graphical dashboard showing the history of my requests by vendor, with links to associated executed agreements
- As an end-user, I don’t have a perspective on this, outs today the benefit of knowing my contract will get the appropriate level of review prior to execution
