Overall Satisfaction with Icertis
We needed to centralize all our contracts in one place and centralize our contracting processes as much as we can. Icertis houses our contracts. For now it is primarily to ensure they are all in one place.

- More ability for administrators to independently make changes without relying on support

Ariba contracts is still slightly easier to use, better interface and easier to manage as an administrator than Icertis. Ariba allows administrators the capabilities to make changes and updates with less reliance on support, allowing for independence.
