Overall Satisfaction with iCIMS Talent Acquisition Software Suite
We currently utilize iCIMS as our applicant tracking system withing the recruiting team.
- Flexibility on completing configuration requests on your own (for the most part).
- Great customer service team
- Some reporting features are not as robust; can be a challenge to create.
- The social distribution feature has increased brand awareness and also given back time on the recruitment team to focus on other items. Before it was a very manual process!
I've only used iCIMS in my entire recruitment career so far so I won't be able to provide an accurate statement on how they stack up. Overall it's a great software to use coming from a very old school system of Excel spreadsheets and emails.
