Use Cases and Deployment Scope

iCIMS is being used by our HR department. It has been instrumental in addressing and tracking our applicant flow and connecting with our existing vendors.

Exporting the data we have in iCIMS--currently, there is a 50K limit for Excel and 100K for a flat file.
Addressing the needs of the client--they address issues based on how many customers are affected. If you are the only company that has the issue good luck getting iCIMS fix it.
System configuration page is not very intuitive.

It is super easy to call support and open a ticket. You can also open tickets on the support page. Someone will get back to you within 24 hrs. If they can resolve the issue, they will escalate to their internal team. Nine times out of ten, the issue is solved within 24 hours.
