Overall Satisfaction with iCIMS Talent Cloud
iCIMS is used by our talent acquisition team to track all recruitment activities. We advertise over and hire for 1200 openings a year through the system. We also track key metrics such as time to fill. The system allows us to provide detailed reporting on the Talent Acquisition function throughout the organization.

- A proper CRM for sourcing activities with diarized reminders.
- Time saved. Mass selection is much more valuable than people may realize.
- You can create and post a job in minutes with the ability to post to all major job boards.
- There are no negative impacts from having iCIMS.
We still use multiple 3rd party systems for recruiting-related activities such as background checks. The centralization is mostly for US based companies. There is also an additional charge from iCIMS to integrate each 3rd party into the system. You will really need to evaluate if there is a benefit to you for doing this.
We have customized workflows for candidates. We aim to respond in 24 hours so the ability to customize these workflows was very important. We have set up auto-generated template emails and actions depending on the status/workflow we move a candidate to. We have also created custom fields in a profile to allow us to set reminders to follow up with specific candidates.
We have not. The candidate search feature is the worst aspect of the system. For example, you cannot search by phone number! Their candidate matching does not allow you to see previous notes. You will need to open each candidate up in a separate window. This is an area they need to improve on.
