Overall Satisfaction with iCIMS Talent Cloud

iCIMS is used by our talent acquisition team to track all recruitment activities. We advertise over and hire for 1200 openings a year through the system. We also track key metrics such as time to fill. The system allows us to provide detailed reporting on the Talent Acquisition function throughout the organization.

  • Organization.
  • Customization.
  • Better search capabilities.
  • Custom notifications would be nice.
  • A proper CRM for sourcing activities with diarized reminders.
  • Time saved. Mass selection is much more valuable than people may realize.
  • You can create and post a job in minutes with the ability to post to all major job boards.
  • There are no negative impacts from having iCIMS.
They are usually very helpful. There has only been a handful of times they could not assist. Their email response time is pretty slow but I have always received great phone support. They are very knowledgeable and usually look for additional answers and solutions even after the call has ended.
This is a top of the line software for any recruiting team. I have gone to market several times over the years and each time, iCIMS continues to come out on top. For any organization that does high volume recruiting, this is your best choice. I suppose if a single system for all HR activities are a must, then this would not be the right choice. iCIMS integrates well with most major HRIS systems but they are still a standalone recruitment tool.
