Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Ideagen Disclose to check financial statements prepared for clients to ensure the technical accounting disclosures are correct. This is to ensure the statutory accounts which we issue to clients are complete and robustly checked - a requirement of our regulator. Failure to ensure such disclosures could lead to statutory accounts not being in accordance with legal requirements.

We have rated Ideagen Disclose's overall usability as a level eight. The reason for this is the software has many excellent points such as the fact it is cloud based, easy to use, easy to understand and ensures we are confident of our client's statutory accounts being technically correct. In saying that, there is room for improvement in areas such as integration with other softwares that we use which would save the manual rekeying of data.

The software is excellent for checking UK limited company accounts, charities and LLPs. The software is cloud based which is a large improvement on our previous, server based, software. The team find the software easy to access and to use. As such, I would recommend this product to a colleague.
