Overall Satisfaction with IDrive
We use it to automatically backup 2 of our admin computers. The system has been very slow and access to the iDrive accounts department is difficult to find on their menu structure. Filled with frustration and needing to cancel, then you will find it difficult to find without a phone call to them. This auto subscribing is there hoping that you will forget to renew....which we did last year. A business practice which I loathe. I also receive emails from them confirming that you cannot cancel in a reply to their email. When they confirmed the route to take, the option given was to cancel there and then. There was no grace period to transfer your data, fortunately I spent hours the day before to transfer my important data.
This business sucks and there are better cloud storage companies than this sham.

- Make it easier to cancel subscriptions. and remove auto Credit card details.
- Allow a grace period of say two weeks to transfer data
- nothing, it can be replicated elsewhere without the hassle.
