Overall Satisfaction with Impact

We wanted to diversify our revenue channels and utilize Impact for affiliate marketing.

For large/corporate companies, Impact is probably a good fit. However, for a small/medium business like mine, I would NOT recommend it. I joined Impact 7 months ago and unfortunately, we are not seeing a positive return on investment. We have tried many partnerships through the platform and we've decided after 6 months, that we would like to cancel our membership since we are not being able to be profitable. I was shocked to discover how this big company does not really care about your results or success as a business, as they mentioned we are not allowed to cancel our membership. I've been trying until now to contact them but with no success. I'm still on Impact and honestly, really suffering from it.
