Easy Affiliate Management.
Impact allows us to manage our affiliate partners, as well as advertorial assets, together with performance metrics within a simple-to-use dashboard interface. By using the Impact platform, we can choose the brands we like to work with and have immediate access to their scope of brand and advertising assets like banner ads and email copy.

We love this software
We use Impact to organize our affiliate relationships, we are trying to get our affiliates more organized and better promoted and impact is a great way of doing that. It is a great way to document and keep up with communication and keeping track of our clicks and sign ups through with those affiliates relationships.

Transparent global campaign offering network
We found Impact when we were looking for a reliable and easy-to-use tool for affiliate and influencer marketing. We use Impact to connect with global advertisers. There are very few reliable networks that offer multiple region campaigns, Impact is one of them, it allows running global campaigns directly using a single Impact account.

Easy way to track affiliate referrals!
I am a user on the platform - I am an affiliate for a piece of software I use and this is how the referral links are tracked and how I get paid.

I have a YouTube channel as well as a marketing agency and I promote different products to viewers and clients that I deem beneficial to their overall success in digital marketing. Looking for an affiliate software, try Impact
We use Impact as an advertiser. We run campaigns on behalf of the client, targeting different audiences. This allows us to get to more people and have better reach that other media don't get there. It provides detailed analytics on the web page but a very limited API to get the data and is complex to use.

One of the Best Affiliate Softwares on the Market.
I used Impact as a publisher. We created an affiliate site that worked to advertise specific products in the credit industry. This allowed us to monetize our blog quickly and gave us access to some of the top brands for our topic. Impact not only provides a great marketplace of business partners it also provides detailed analytics that has allowed us to tie our purchases directly back to our advertising.

- Love for them to have integrations with ad platforms so you could directly share sales data and improve conversions.

Great Affiliate Program!
I use Impact Radius for affiliate marketing personally and professionally. It has been a great tool to keep things organized, track clicks, CTR, and sales commission, customise links, and overall have the opportunity to promote a brand I align with to my network. I use it from the affiliate side, so I mainly utilize the functions that have to do with the link creation, tracking, et cetera.

We're using Impact (formerly Impact Radius) to grow our resume services division by partnering with affiliates who have audiences that are likely to be seeking new employment. Our intention was to start there then scale to other services once this concept was proven. We used Impact (formerly Impact Radius) to find new affiliates and bring our current affiliates under one platform.
- Tracking when different affiliates drive traffic to page
- Ensuring there wasn't any double-dipping where two affiliates got credit for one sale
- Customer service. The entire team went dark on us as soon as we expressed concerns. It's been over two months of emailing all our points of contact and their bosses, to no avail.
- The quality of affiliates in the marketplace. Most inbound leads were highly questionable at best.
- The onboarding process would have been better covered in a video.
- The sales process was misleading regarding expectations of what it would take to get results.
- The technical support for set up was tedious, disjointed, and unorganized. It took significantly longer than we were told.
- Response rates of affiliates in the marketplace is low, and Impact would not provide any recommendations or best practices.
Since we use FastSpring as our payment service provider, we were pleasantly forced use Impact as our affiliate system. We use it to allow resellers to become our affiliates via Impact. This is important for us because we create software solutions and partners can sell our software to their audience for a commission. I like that Impact integrates with FastSpring very easily. So in the end, because they are partners and it makes our life easier as a client of both.
The main business problem that it solves for us is that Impact is used as our main affiliate management system. All of our affiliate partners go through Impact to register as our affiliates and promote our software in exchange for a commission %.
- Dedicated affiliate management dashboard. It has a ton of great details for those who heavily rely on affiliate sales.
- Impact seems to be very user-friendly towards new affiliates. This is important because many partners can be new to reselling your product.
- Huge database of affiliates and companies that you can find to partner with and cross-sell your products.
- Impact doesn't do a good job of filtering out trashy affiliates. In other words, it's not going to bring you a ton of quality affiliates without you doing the actual work. For example, we receive tens of low-quality coupon based websites that for some reason have 5-star ratings.
- Background check and sales channel details from potential affiliates could be more transparent. It would be really helpful to see how the reseller plans to promote your products upon checking their application.
- Create a direct link to a partner that you've negotiated with privately is not as easy is it was with FastSpring, when they had an internal solution (before partnering up with Impact).
