Partner Relationship Management Software (PRM) is designed to improve communications between companies and their business partners. Business partners may include suppliers, distributors, and resellers. This type of software allows companies to make data like shipping schedules, marketing materials, or pricing data available to partners, often through a partner extranet. PRM is sometimes thought to be a subset of CRM.
