We use Sponsored Jobs to boost our visibility and quality of applicants throughout our 4 centers. This helps us with our recruitment and making sure that we can appeal to quality candidates. The Indeed platform makes it easy, and all we do is email our rep with our needs and the job is sponsored within 24 hours. This always increases our applicant pool within the first 72 hours of sponsorship, so really helps when we're in a tight spot and/or need to hire multiple candidates.

I think that in most markets this is incredibly helpful. We have occasionally had issues with sponsorship not being enough and we've had to employ other methods of recruitment through Indeed, but that's more the market of talent than Indeed's fault. In general, I think it's very useful for all our positions we hire for at our company.
