Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform

This is by far the most used site for anyone looking for employment. About 80% of all our applicants come from Indeed. Our Talent Management System works with Indeed's platform with ease. We currently have taken advantage of "Easy Apply" which has been a game-changer. If we didn't use this function, our number of applications would be much less [than] it is.

They work together actually. JobTarget posts on Indeed and with Easy Apply we have seen great results.

Easy Apply - has been the most beneficial to our organization. I tested what the application flow would be without it and our numbers dropped dramatically. I had to turn it back on. We have to request a WOTC Survey manually but it [works] the extra work involved, which isn't really that much extra.
