Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform

We use the Indeed Hiring Platform to conduct hiring events for large volume hiring needs. By conducting multiple back-to-back virtual interviews we are able to connect with more individuals, better assess their interest in the position, and level of professionalism.
  • Allow us to connect with more induvial
  • Have a wide variety of candidates
  • User friendly set up
  • Limit on the number of people allowed to sign up
  • Better screening questions to limit an extreme amount of under qualified candidates
  • Better use of schedule as we are unable to connect with the number of people signed up at their scheduled time
  • Better explanation of how the event works to candidates
  • Requiring a resume to be available
  • Increase number of people contacted
  • Decrease in quality candidates
  • Better assessment of candidates once on interview

I am not involved in the automation decision making.
It causes me to speak with more under qualified candidates than I do through traditional sourcing methods.
The Indeed Hiring events have added additional stress due to the excessive amount of candidates being allowed to sign up without having a proper pre-screening system. The overwhelming amount of underqualified and underprepared candidates causes an inability to meet with all potentially qualified candidates. This also creates confusion and frustration for candidates as it is impossible to meet with the large number signed up at one time with a limited amount of recruiters per organization.
