Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform

We use the Open Call Virtual Indeed platform for our hard-to-fill entry-level roles. We have a large industry that caters to many different intricate roles and responsibilities that may be hard to find in the masses.
  • Simplicity
  • Easy to manage
  • Video platform is easy to use for the candidate and user
  • To allow for more accurate counts at the end of the virtual interviews, ensure the interviewer provides outcomes
  • Can't use it on a secured platform
  • A way to identify who is interviewing each candidate
  • I appreciate that what we don't use can be used for another event so that we get the most for our buck
  • I appreciate the flexibility and multiple options Indeed provides when it comes to cost
It has a huge pool of applicants to pull from with different levels of experience; starting from entry-level to exempt. Something we can use all around for our company.

The virtual platform has been beneficial for our hard-to-fill roles that required only one interview. For positions that require multiple steps and interviews, it did have its challenges when it came to following up with the candidates after the initial first interview. Moving forward I have reserved the virtual platform for roles that only require one interview.
