Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Resume
I use resume search to seek quality nurses that are actively looking for new position that are within specific areas around various facilities throughout Riverside Health System.
Pros
- Large candidate data base
- Largest feeder of applicants regardless of qualification
Cons
- There is no way on Resume Projects to put a note on an interested candidate, this feature makes it hard for me to track everything in one place. Whereas Ziprecruiter has this feature and makes it easy for me to remember if I contacted a candidate or spoke with them after they express interest.
- It really hasn't helped me much because my facilities are in such rural settings and since you all do as the crow flies for the distance I get a lot of applicants that do not realize the facility they are applying for is more of an hour and 15-minute drive away from them.
On all three of these, we can see the contact info and not have to send an email in hopes the candidate responds that they are interested before we can see the info. This to me is a barrier and a huge waste of time considering we are in a tech world where everyone is emailing and texting. I prefer to pick up the phone and call the candidate right then and then without waiting to find out if they ever see my email that comes through Indeed and not my own email account.
