Overall Satisfaction with inFlow Inventory

Scope of use and addressing problem -
  1. Inventory management for wholesale, manufacturing and ecommerce business - All in one solution for inventory, order processing, sales, after sales, tracking, etc.
  2. Support of online ordering for major B2B companies - Made it quite easier for B2B clients to order and funnel them through inFlow software.
  3. Integration with existing accounting software - Ease of use and flow of data is pretty smooth.
  • Inventory management - Best software for old-school inventory management with the latest features, customization for your company, order management, etc.
  • Cloud + on Premise - Only one in the industry to provide both options. Though the cloud is better and more advanced, it does have both options and really helps sometimes with sensitive data on-premise.
  • Ease of use - The amount of training, and ease of use overall is very good for inFlow.
  • Lag - The software lags a bit while communicating with server. It causes a little delay and frustration for certain features
  • Reporting - Although the reporting is good enough it lacks a certain amount of customization for reports
  • Integrations - While the software integrates smoothly with a lot of accounting softwares, it sometimes creates issues with certain l2c erp systems
  • Order management.

  • +ve impact - Made quote to order process really smooth, easy, transparent and quick.
  • +ve impact - Custom reporting really helps to not use other reporting software, hence saving cost.
InFlow stacks up quite better wrt to their competitors.
1. Better reach in industries and depth of features - esp custom reporting.
2. Free trial that is very extensive and helps orgs make quick decisions.
3. Costing - Better than its peers.

Well suited -
  1. inFlow is mostly suited for all things inventory management, order management, barcoding, tracking, sales, invoicing, etc.
  2. Trainings are pretty good. After-sales customer support is very good and makes life easy.
  3. Easy to deploy, TAT is quite less and makes it ready for use quickly.
Less suited -
  1. Very complex existing L2C integrations.
  2. Certain bit of lag for cloud features - so less suited for a customer facing order sometimes.
