Overall Satisfaction with Infor Global Human Resources (Infor GHR)

I work on the Talent Acquisition team and we use Infor Global Human Resources as our ATS and manage our employees' HR files. I would not recommend Infor Global Human Resources to anyone and think that the system is not intuitive at all. Additionally, we transitioned our HRIS from Ultipro, an Ultimate product, to Infor Global Human Resources and I found Ultipro far superior and easier to use.

  • The ATS is very poor. It is not intuitive at all. It is very click heavy and hard to view information.
  • It is not a candidate-friendly experience. I would not recommend the system at all.
  • When viewing employee records, it is hard to view information.
  • I feel like Infor Global Human Resources is a hindrance to our candidates. Many of them have a difficult time applying and navigating the system.
Ultipro and HeathcareSource Position Manager's products are both superior to Infor Global Human Resources.

None. I would not recommend the product at all. It is not intuitive and does not make it easy to view candidate or employee information. I feel that the ATS piece of Infor Global Human Resources was an afterthought for Lawson/Infor and that they created it simply to be able to say that it had an ATS and was a complete ERP product. I would not recommend the product either as an employer or a candidate.
